Please go to the North Bay Regional Health Centre website for the most up to date COVID-19 information: NBRHC COVID-19 resources and information.  At this time, we ask that only patients with prearranged appointments come into the office.  Many of our staff are also working from home and will not be in office to assist you. These staff continue to be available by calling the office and leaving a message.

FAQs

  1. Am I required to wear a mask to my appointments? All patients are required to wear a good fitting mask that covers both your nose and mouth to all appointments at the office or hospital. A face shield is not acceptable to medical appointments. If you are unable to wear a mask, please call our office and your appointment will have to be delayed.

  2. Can I bring a support person with me to my appointment at the office? You may bring a support person to your appointment at our office at 107 Sherriff Ave. This person will also have to answer screening questions when coming into the office and will have to accompany the patient to the exam room.
